Resolved. AI Agents are operating normally. Between 1:40 PM and 3:15 PM ACST a fault in the sandbox storage layer that agents use for memory and session files caused read and write errors on some runs. Agents kept responding and delivering, but some memory notes written in that window were not saved and one scheduled report did not run. Storage has been verified healthy. We are following up on the missed report and with our infrastructure provider on the root cause.

Resolved. AI Agents are operating normally again. A fault in the storage layer that agents use for memory and session files caused read and write errors and slower runs. Agents continued to respond and deliver during the disruption, but some were unable to save notes to memory, and at least one scheduled report did not run. We have verified with a live write test that storage is healthy again. We are following up on any scheduled work that did not complete, and with our infrastructure provider on the root cause.
